MGA’s full-service design approach means we compose a dedicated design team to work with you to meet the specific requirements and provide the necessary disciplines for your project. From the initial feasibility and programming studies, existing building analyses, site surveys, and planning, to the schematic design and design development phases, and finally, through the construction document, bidding and construction process, capable and experience professionals ensure superior services are delivered. With a staff of 14, plus consultant services for structural engineering, civil engineering, landscape design, food service, and mechanical/electrical engineering, we are able to address an aggressive work load. Through careful planning, and efficient personnel assignments, multiple projects are handled effectively and professionally. Networked CADD stations and electronic communication with our consultants allow our production of design and construction documents to keep pace with the tight schedules and rigorous demands of today's market. Muhlenberg Greene is proud of the professional reputation it has developed for the quality of its design work and for the scheduling and cost projections that are developed as an integral part of project planning. We appreciate the importance of budgets and timelines and seek to keep our clients updated with realistic projections so that any modifications are anticipated well in advance of critical deadlines. We also review contractors’ progress and scheduling during the construction process to keep our clients informed of overall progress and anything that might impact completion dates.

Since 1920, the firm is credited to over 3.500 large and small projects, in a variety of building types. More significantly, the firm’s commitment to quality has led to the establishment of long-term relationships with clients. Over 80 percent of Muhlenberg Greene’s current work is for repeat clients.
