I had to drive down to the Exeter KFC to get good service. The manager would not substitute sides, I explained to him that I don't eat coleslaw and the manager told me he didn't care..... What is that? Every other has always substituted sides for me, I went to the Exeter KFC and I LOVE THEM, I hope they get better management in this KFC and their chicken doesn't even taste the way it should.
