I have been buying vehicles from this family business for 15 years . They have always served me well and the prices are fair too. I have had my vehicles serviced in their body shop and service garage as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to buying a used car or getting it fixed. I hear my friends talking about the awful experiences they have elsewhere, and I always tell them NEXT TIME GO TO HERITAGE!!

This auto shop started to rip you off. I recently had work done there, originally quoted $ 300.00 some but I ended up paying almost $ 500.00 for a simple work that could be done in one hour, but they used 2 hours to do it. The worse part was when I got my car back, the problem still there. I immediately called the owner's daughter. She denied and said they fixed the problem at the shop, and that was the new problem. I told her it was the same noise, but she insisted on saying the noise was caused by another part. If I want to fix it I need to take my car back again and pay another diagnosis fee and part cost to fix it. It is like a joke., a new problem happened just with 24 hours you had you car there. Anyway, I am not going there again. They started to take advantage of people who they think do not know car problems. They are becoming greedy and immoral....soon they will lose their customers. ( the owner's daughter is just a professional liar in my eyes)

THIS IS THE WORSE CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I RECEIVED A CAR FROM THEM AT THERE LANCCASTER AVE LOCATION AND WITHIN A WEEK IT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION, THEN AFTER THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPLACED, THE ENGINE WENT. THIS CAR WAS NO GOOD, THEY MISLEAD THE FACTS, NEVER TOLD ME FROM THE START THAT THEY REPLACED THE ENGINE BEFORE I GOT IT, AND WITHHELD FACTS IMPORTANT TO THE SALE. THIS CAR HAD REPLACED TWO ENGINES, A TRANS, AND SEVERAL OTHER PARTS. AN $8000 JUNKER.

THEY MISLEAD YOU, THEY WITHHOLD FACTS ABOUT THE CARS THEY SELL, AS THEY DID WITH ME. I HAD TWO LONER CARS FROM THEM AND THEY BOTH BROKE DOWN, AND OTHER CARS I GOT FROM THEM ALL HAD ISSUES. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH, THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU ON FACTS, AND WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CAR OR WHAT WAS DONE TO IT.

I TRUSTED THEM, BUT I FOUND OUT THERE TRUE COLORS, AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY FROM THEM, WATCH YOURSELF, AND HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING, AS THEIR TRUE COLORS WILL COME OUT.



MY MISTAKE WAS TRUSTING THEM.

After a mechanic I'd been using for years became unreliable, Heritage was recommended to me by a friend. Their staff is very friendly and caring, and they've always spoken to me intelligently and realistically about my options regarding repairs. I run my vehicles until they just won't run anymore, and they have been very good at helping to fix issues for me so that I can get more use - and their rates are very reasonable. I've also NEVER had them go over an estimate that they'd given me for repair work; one time when they got into the job they discovered parts which had worn out and were not visible until they'd removed the ones they were replacing, and they stopped work immediately to let me know about this additional cost and get my approval. These are honest, hard-working people, and I agree with another reviewer that the 3 1-star reviews I saw here sound like someone who's angry with them about something finding a way to post multiple reviews in an effort to harm their business, especially given the nature of the names used to write two of them.

I have been using this location for years to service my vehicles and have never had any issues. We started going here when my father had a car that another mechanic said was unfixable and these guys had it back on the road inside a day (its still on the road by the way.)



Even though I generally only go here for inspection once a year the office staff knows me by name and sight and are always emminently friendly.



I'm getting the impression that these negative reviews are from one person who had a bad experience and wants to do everything he can to bring them down.



I would of course reccomend that anyone do research on what parts are being fixed etc, however I've never been ripped off or overcharged. These folks are good people and do not deserve this negative attention.

Great service and honest work at affordable prices. Really hard to find in today's world!

They have friendly service and do good work at reasonable rates. I have been taking my cars to them for years.
