I would not recommend this doctor or his office for many reasons. While his skills are average, the whole experience of receiving treatments over 18 months was one of negativity, angst and frustration. The treating dentist made promises about being flexible, working with our insurance company to get services covered and full treating my dental issues. He did not fulfill any of his promises. Further, his "bedside manner" is one of arrogance, curtness and condescending. He talked down to me over and over, disregarding my thoughts and wishes. I found his rude and unfriendly. I felt uneasy and uncomfortable many times. And most importantly, he charged fees that were higher than most and refused to discuss any compromise of these fees. Many of his fees were not covered as they were "experimental" , costing me thousands of dollars more than what I expected. I am happy the treatment is over.

I would avoid using this doctor. He is difficult to talk to, has a poor bedside manner, tends to be condescending and arrogant when speaking to the patient, and overall made me very uncomfortable to be treated by him. The treatment period was over 18 months. He was inflexible in working with my schedule, when he had insisted he would be accommodating at the start. The big issue was his billing. He made me pay thousands of dollars up front for experimental treatment (I did not know it was) and insisted insurance would cover the charges. They didn't. Then he charged more for the services he provided for further treatment, and would not even consider reducing his bill in areas where I felt it was excessive. Very disappointing all around.
