I had been having problems with my auto pay account. I had gone to other locations to get the issue resolved, but to no avail. On a last ditch effort I thought I would try this location, being that i recently moved to the area. Where I was Blessed enough to have encountered Ms. Mishel Phillips. On top of going out of her way to help me resolve my issue. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and pleasant to be in the company of. Overall I would have to say that Mishel is a real standing ovation employee.

The absolute worst bank in the area. I've had a business account here for 9 years now. I changed my business franchise and started accepting checks under the different name. I had been depositing those checks for 6 months and all of a sudden I was told by the teller that I could no longer deposit the checks because it wasn't on the bank account. I told her I had been depositing the check for the past 6 months that my business name has changed. She had the nerve to tell me that some tellers didn't abide by the rules and now they are. So you pick 6 months later to follow the rules?! Also, you would think after 9 years of going to the bank for my one business they would know who you were. They still ask me for ID. I also bank at Country Club Bank and have 22 account there for all my businesses. NEVER ONCE have I had a problem with them. They treat me like family and I immediately transferred my account over. The only reason I ever opened with Bank Midwest is because my business that is two hours away has a Bank Midwest next to it. I just don't care about the convenience anymore. I'd rather go to CCB any day and will gladly tell everyone I know to never go to Bank Midwest.
