      Terrible service.Jan Frankel is a horrible tech and I'm not sure he knows more than me. He spends his time on his phone and talking about his girlfriend all while billing out at $85. Do not use.

      We used Protech for a network emergency we were having. They came to our office immediately and resolved our issue successfully. I would highly recommend their services.
