I don't know WHAT that previous review was about but all I can say is that if you have wiring issues with your truck/car, Mr Wires is THE place to go to. I bought a truck where the previous owner did a TOTAL hack job on the lights/sirius/acc wiring. O'Brian's in Holbrook couldn't figure it out. Bobby there recommended Mr. Wires. Jeff and Brandon at Mr Wires took care of it in a couple of hours Recently, I thought my truck's battery died. Bought new battery , it went dead overnight. Brought it to O'Brian's for a possible alternator. Alternator was ok and they couldn't figure out why the battery was draining when truck was off. Back to Mr Wires. Brandon aced it again (wicked smaaaht). It was the ac relay switch. Besides really knowing their sh*t, Jeff, Jessica and Brandon ware a pleasure to deal with as well. They rock. : )

Referred by a friend myself, I had to have my car towed not knowing where this shop was or who the mechanic was.

Finding a mechanic this honest and hard working can be difficult. Especially if you did not grow up in this area. I have been bringing my car and referring people since 2007! Jeff has always given me honest advice in addition to different options as to how I want my car fixed.

Every time I call, I get an appointment as soon as possible and I know exactly how much money the repair will cost before any work is done. Thank you Auto Craft!

0 stars.This place is a complete joke.Extremely inconsiderate and a complete waste of time.I wouldn't take my son's toy car here.Save your precious time by searching for another place to work on your car.Very arrogant and act like they are doing you a huge favor for letting them work on your investment.Someone needs to take some classes on customer service or just fold up shop and join the rest of the real world on planet earth.I could go on for hours but I will not bore you with the details.Trust me stay away.
