October 2023 Update: The beautiful, terraced hills of Palos Verdes have experienced shifting land for Millenia. In 2023 there has been an increase of land movement in the Abalone Cove area surrounding Wayfarers Chapel. Accordingly, the grounds of Wayfarers Chapel are open to visitors but the Chapel building itself is only open for scheduled services. If you would like to see the interior of the Chapel, you are invited to attend our regularly scheduled 10am Sunday services. Wayfarers Chapel is nestled in a grove of towering redwood trees. Lloyd Wright designed the Chapel out of glass, wood, and stone elements that come together at 30 and 60 degree angles.
