      Great place, low rates friendly staff, and a kinesiologist on staff, and now being remodeled, cant wait!!

      I give this place 5 stars for one reason, the steam room! not many gyms in the area have a steam room and that is what helps me with my asthma, for that alone its really worth every penny.

      Not a foo foo gym, if you want a real workout this is the place to go with dumbbells up to 190lbs! Hammer strength machines and 3 flat benches. there is never a crowd so getting a workout in is easy
