I've recently decided to remodel my home and startedwith the air conditioner/furnace. I found A.C.E. here in the Yellow Pages and feel pretty lucky I did. The job was pretty extensive; moving the whole system to the attic freeing up a closet downstairs. Bill (the owner) was always here on time, with a smile and went right to work. He gave us options on his project and was a vast resource for references in other aspects of the remodel.



After 90% of the remodel was completed, my wife raised concerns that the output of air on the new unit wasn't where she would like it. I called Bill and he came out first thing the next day. He found that a worker (probably someone installing lights) had gone up there and moved the furnace, basically breaking the ducting off the rest of the machine. I cant tell you how disappointed I was... I'm doing all I can to hold back a whole list of expletives as I write this. But here is where the story has a happy ending. Bill came down off the ladder, told me what had happened, I asked what it would cost to fix. After all, he left it perfectly fine, and in no way was expected to guarantee errant damage. He said "I have a couple more stops to make, but will be back at the end of the day, I'll do it for free"



I have met a ton of people in this remodel project, most experiences went really well, others not so much. This one is one of the former. I highly recommend Air Controlled Environments

My overall experience with Air Controlled Environments was excellent. I saw a technician working on my next door neighbor's unit and asked him for his card. I just moved into the area and wanted somebody reliable. I saw many advertisements and had other neighbor's recommendation but I didn't act on them. I'm glad, that I found Palm Coast Heating & Air, since they like to prevent things from happening rather than having to fix them later. Also, I like to use a company that I can trust, which is the case with Air Controlled Environments.

I called Air Controlled Environments to handle maintenance on my rental property's air conditioner. I was worried because I live out of state and was not going to be able to be there for the visit. I called the office and spoke with Evie in the office. She was great!! Evie had no issues contacting my tenant to schedule the appointment and work with me for approvals and payment. The technician called and spoke to me about what needed to happen and was very informative and courteous. I would fully recommend Air Controlled Environment to anyone. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC service!

We actually had Air Controlled Environments come out to our home when we called our Home Warranty Company for a service call. They were very courteous, professional yet personable and explained everything to us so we'd know what was going on. Now since we don't have the Home Warranty, we stayed with Air Controlled Environments because of the quality of work, friendliness and honesty. We feel confident having them as our air conditioning and heating company and would recommend them to all our friends, family members and anyone who's looking for a good company you can trust. Oh, and they're family owned and operated. I like that!!

Air Controlled Environments is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and extremely great to work with. They tended to our needs with the utmost care. Being new in the area, we had called out another air conditioning/heating company, from the phone book, to fix our system. The technician came in, looked at the unit inside the garage and came back inside the house and said he couldn't fix it, that we needed a new unit and it was going to cost $3,500.00!!! I told him I had to talk to my husband to figure out what we were going to do. My husband asked someone at work if they knew anyone we could trust to come out to give us a second opinion. That's when they told him about Air Controlled Environments!! Yeah!!! Come to find out that it's a family owned & operated company for 27 years!! That was a plus for me!! We called them and they were able to come out the next day. When they got there, also within the 3 hour window they promised, they looked things over and found that there was a 'Part' that was bad on the system, they told me how much the part was, how long it should take them to install it and they did. Needless to say, our air conditioning/heating system was up and running for under $300.00!!!!!! You can bet that we not only got several business cards of theirs, but we recommend them to everyone we know! It restored our faith in the system!! I also went online to 'report the other' dishonest company that came out Before we found Air Controlled Environments! Thanks Air Controlled Environments for a job well done, we're customers for life!!!
