I have used Cousin's Plumbing for everything from a toilet clog to replacing my water heater. They have always been very courtious, professional and knowledgeable. I really like the family values that they bring to the company. I will continue to use Cousin's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Cousin's Plumbing is awesome! We have used them serveal times now and will continue to do so. We have 3 year old twins and an 8 month old so our life is always crazy yet they always seem to work around my schedule. I am so used to companies telling me when they will be there not asking what time works best for me. Their level of customer service is outstanding. Not to mention that the plumbers are so nice. My twin boys are always standing right next to them watching their every move. One plumber even let them help by caring some small tools from the bathroom to the kitchen. I'm sure that dealing with 3 year olds isn't part of his job but he did it with a smile and my boys got the biggest kick out of helping. By the time they were ready to leave, my kids were trying to get them to go out back to play with them. This is a great family company and you can tell they really care about their customers.

I needed a plumber the other day because my kitchen sink was clogged. I went on-line and saw Cousin's Plumbing. I decided to give them a try. They were great! The woman who answered the phone was very professional and polite. She got me an appointment that worked around my needs which was nice. The plumber called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was very nice and really knew what he was doing. This was my first experience needing a plumber because I was always a renter before I bought this house. Cousin's Plumbing was the first company I've used and I will be using them from now on.

My 22 year old water heater finally died on me last week. I drive by Cousin's Plumbing's office everyday so figured I'd give them a call. They were so great. They worked around my work schedule and had me a new water heater in no time. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I came home last night ti find that my toilet had overflowed all over my bathroom. I called Cousin's Plumbing. Nate was at my house 30 minutes later. He did a wonderful job and left the area cleaner than it was before my little problem. When I told him how much I appreciated him, he suggested I write a review to let others know of my satisfaction so here I am. After seeing all the other great reviews and getting the great service by Nate, I'm glad I called Cousin's Plumbing and will be using them from now on. I just bought a house and within the first week of moving in, my water heater died.(It was so old, I guess the company who made the heater isn't even in business anymore.) I saw the reviews for Cousin's Plumbing and decided to give them a try. They came out the same day, were very knowledgeable and their customer service was great. By dinner time I had a new heater and three months later have had no problems. Of course I am hoping not to have anymore problems with my new house but if I do, I will be calling Cousin's Plumbing.

I bought my house about 6 months ago and am now finding out that I bought a total lemon. Without sounding too cheesy, Cousin's Plumbing helped turn my lemon into lemonade. I came home one day to find my sewerline had backed up everywhere. I called Cousin's Plumbing at the recommendation of my realtor. They were at my door within about 45 minutes. They cleared my clog and when I told them that I just bought the house, they offered to camera my line for no charge. This is when I found out I had a lemon. The whole line was shot. I didn't even know trees had roots like that. They had their team out there the next morning and replaced my whole sewerline without digging up my yard which was amazing. While they were working, my toilet started to leak (of course) and they were nice enough to fix it quickly at no additional charge. Customer service like this isn't happening much these days. Thank you Cousin's Plumbing. You really do treat people like family! I will use you forevever!

I got at call while I was at work last week from my hysterical 18 year old daughter that there was water coming out of the wall. I started looking through the phone book but had no idea who to call. Thankfully a co-worker of mine said that she uses Cousin's Plumbing for all her rental properties and gave me their card. I called an explained the situation. The manager was so sweet, he called my home and explained how to shut the water off until they got there. They scheduled to meet me right when I got home from work which was great. They explained that there was a pipe leak and bed dinner time had was all fixed. Minus the sheet rock which had to wait a few days to be replaced to make sure there were no more leaks and there weren't! Thank you Cousin's Plumbing. Not only for fixing my plumbing but caring about my family as well. My daughter and I thank you can keep your magnet on our fridge!

Cousin's Plumbing changed out my water heater. The plumber was very polite and really knew what he was doing. Best part is, he left the area cleaner than it was before he got there. My heater is in my garage and and we had boxes all over the place. When he left, I went to look at the work he had done to find out that all the boxes that were on the floor around my heater were now stacked along the wall. I couldn't believe it. There aren't many company's out there anymore who will do something just to be nice. Because of their amazing customer service, I will use them from now on.

I just had Cousin's Plumbing replace my sewer line and they were fantastic. My neighbor is a grumpy old jerk and bothered them everyday with the noise, dirt and anything else he could possibly think of. The guys from Cousin's Plumbing handled him with great customer service which was surprising since he wasn't the customer. By the end of the job, he had Cousin's Plumbing over at his house fixing his toilet. I will be using Cousin's Plumbing from now on. Their service was excellent!

I called Cousin's Plumbing because my toilet was leaking. They came out that same day, fixed my leak and charged me what I thought was a very good price. Good, solid company! I'll continue to use Cousin's Plumbing. If you want good service at a good price, I reccomend you use Cousin's Plumbing as well.

We just bought a house to find out that all the plumbing was original to when the house was built in the 40's. I got a few estimates to replace the sewerline. Cousin's Plumbing"s price was the middle one. We didn't want to go with the highest and thank heavens we didn't go with the lowest (after some research, we found out they weren't even licensed) Cousin's Plumbing had a crew at our house the next morning. Everyone was very polite and hard working. I'm very glad we went with Cousin's Plumbing. Good honest work, good price and good customer service. What more could you ask for? I will recommend Cousin's Plumbing to everyone I know! Great Company!

I knew my heater was really old and hoped each time for hot water. It finally died on me. My roommate's dad recommended Cousin's Plumbing. When I called for an appointment and told them that I had no hot water, they told me that they'd have someone out within an hour. 40 minutes later and Sal showed up. I woke up last Wednesday night to find out that a pipe inside my wall had busted and there was water everywhere. I used Cousin's Plumbing once before and called them again and thank heaven I did. Nate came right out and shut my water off for me. Not such a big deal but at 11:45 at night, it was outstanding service.
