They steal whatever you bring to your loved one and make their employees lie that you brought it.

My mom only been here for about 18 months. She has had two falls and one injury in this short time. She got more care and attention upon first entering. Now all the best head nurses has left. The number of staff has dropped drastically. No one stops by to check on her and her health is declining fast. There is a lot of neglect compared to a year ago. Some of the things that's happened to her I feel as if it was done deliberately because of the times I complained or stated my concern. Patients are not being protected, needs are not being met, the staff tell lies just to safisfy family. Department heads are not leaving their comfort zones to see what's going on in the facility. There are needs for better management. Too many employees are not working weekends. You have same number of patients monday through Sunday, so why are so many aides and nurses not working weekends?
