Just purchased a set of tires and alignment, can't even begin to explain or describe the amazing service from this family owned and operated business. When I pulled up to the repair shop I was greeted immediately and taken care of right away without an appointment. Having 15 plus years in the automotive industry I can honestly say that the attention received was superb. Not to mention the unbeatable pricing!!! Will definitely revisit and recommend.

This place is the worst!!! Had two bad experiences there. Waited for two tires to be replace only to find out after those were replaced I needed a third one. Had to wait again to have that one replace. Returned this Saturday to get a wheel alignment. Waited 2hours to have them take 15mins to do my wheel alignment. Only to drive off and have my car still pulling off to the left. Had my money refunded. The poorest customer services I ever seen in my life. Wouldn't rec

I called tireguy 2/8/16 for the special aligment sale that was for a limited time of $39.99. The mechanic asked what type of car I had and he said yes it will be $40.00. I proceed to inform him of the new parts I had put on the car and the special was off. The sale did not include or state any exceptions based on your car. I didnt even see any small print. False advertisment and the misleading of information and communication is not the way to promote or conduct business to maintain the satisfaction of customers or keep them. If i didn't tell him, he would not had changed his mind. It profits nothing to sway to and fro.

Bought some tires and got all the way home only to find one of the tires flat, I called and spoke to "eric" the manager and he informed me that everyone was gone for the day, and that I'd have to come back monday morning instead of going to work. I asked since he was still there if he could fix it if I came up, he said no I have to wait until Monday. I asked if I could just have my old tires and get a refund, he said no refunds. Go somewhere else, Prices were ridiculously high anyway. on a side note... The guy who put my tires on was really cool.

Visited the Tire Guy today for the first time and had great service. i purchased 2 really good riding used tires, and an inspection for under $120 for my truck. That is compaired to the $400 i would usually have to pay for tires 2 tires alone . It all took less than 45 mins.

I would only recommend they create a better sitting area for customers or maybe just spend $100 on a nice tent to help with the sun or the customers that sit outside on the waiting bench. Maybe even a fan too. Thanks Tire Guys

Hi, took my son there for a pair of tires (i'm making him pay for all his new car's maintenance himself) and we walked out with two very nice tires (used, but just about new) for $30 each installed. we saved a ton of money (we priced them at Just Tires new and they were $150 each) and they have driven great now for the last 5K miles, with many more to go. the shop was thorough, clean, quick and quite friendly. Tire Guy is the real deal.

On 9/19/10 I PURCHASED 4 LOW PROFILE TIRES " $500.00 IN SOME FROM THIS CROOK, 51/2 MONTH LATER I NOTICE THE FRONT TIRES ARE WARN OUT, I URGE YOU TO BE CLEAR OF THE TIRE GUY HE'S SUSPECT NOT TO BE TRUSTED! DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FALSE NOTION OF BUYING A USED TIRE, SEE WHAT HAPPEN TO BE AND PURCHASED 4 NEW SUPPOSEDLY TIRES ? TYPICAL NEGRO BUSINESS, BAD BUSINESS!!!

I came here cause I had a friend suggest the place. I was very surpised with how quick i got service and the overall price. I had to buy new tires and was very scared how much it was going to burn a hole in my pocket . This place gets my vote and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends. Will be coming back for future services.

I went to Tire guy for some used tires. A few days after there was something totally wrong with the tire so I took my car back and they were very nice about it they checked out the tire and it ended up being their fault...but they stood by their Warranty and switched everything out with no problem or fight. The service was very quick and the managers are very good about taking care of the customers. I will definitely be going back .

I had gone to a different tire place in Town and they told me everything was fine with my car but they were going to charge me and arm and a leg for some tires so I went to tire Guy and when one of their guys looked at my car there was a part that was broken that the other place didnt tell me about. After a while that broken part could have gotten so bad it could have caused an accident. I got some used tires from them and they fixed up everything on my car..Thank God I went to Tire Guy...who knows what those other people would have done to my car.

Went to Tire Guy for used tires and was very pleased with the service. Guys were super nice and I was in and out without much of a wait. They also did the alignment and balancing which was nice to get everythign done at once. Total price for all services was about half of what I was quoted at Tire Kingdom.

I went to the Used Tire Guy recently and was very pleased with the price and speed of service. The tire I got looked almost new and for the price it was excellent.
