My family purchased granite counter tops from Lowe's for a condo in Emerald Isle, NC and they sub-contracted this company to cut and install. In our opinion, the compnay provided poor customer service in the following ways: 1. The "measurer" arrived two hours late and seemed confused/unsure about what he was doing. 2. The installers were scheduled and arrived a couple of weeks later, but advised that the cabinets weren't level. We were incorrectly advised by the measurer that the cabinets would be leveled by the installers. We ended up having to hire a carpenter to level the cabinets and pay a $75 return trip fee to Stone Systems to return. Having the cabinets leveled was no problem, but would have been good to get accurate information up front to save time and return trip fee. 3. After the cabinets were leveled, the installers returned, but on the wrong day. We had to get someone in Emerald Isle to let them in and work without us being there (we live in Raleigh). 4.
