Provided by YP.comDon't buy the extended warranty package or the service package from them!!!
They messed up my paperwork so my warranty expired before the date of purchase and my service package was a lower level than they said it would be. They said it was the old finance manager's fault but they've had 3 or 4 since then and I still can't get it straightened out. Last one tried to blame Nissan for not catching their mistake.
When I was in the dealership and asked to speak to a general manager they gave me a guy who said he'd been working there for 3 weeks and was not the general manager. I was then told that was the highest person I could talk to at the dealership.
I've been fighting them for 14 months about it and they told me I could have an $8 refund before they stopped returning my calls.
Don't want anyone else to be out of $1000 like I am.

Provided by YP.comIt sounds like they make every employee write a positive reveiw. I AM an actual customer and went for an oil change and came out paying a third of the cost in "shop fees".

Provided by YP.comI had the worst experience at this dealership. I had a salesman act like I wasn't there. He clearly saw me walk in the showroom. I guess they don't like making money. You can't treat potential customers like this.
