We live in a property they manage and the person that deals with us is always rude, demeaning, dismissive, and disrespectful. I regret buying this house. The vendor our association initially contracted with did a poor job that took twice as long as promised and the final bill was considerably higher than the original quote. Our Sentry Community Manager initially attempted to handle this in a very professional manner. When it became evident that this contractor was not going to play by the rules, Sentry pulled out all the stops including involvement of an attorney. Because of the no nonsense approach our Manager used, we now are pothole free and the association actually ended up paying less than the quote due to the hassle involved.
