WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Over a month ago, I took my Jeep Wrangler for a quote to get approximately a couple of thousands of dollars of work done. “JC” (one of the owners) was helping me and wrote down everything that I would have liked to have done and mentioned that he would email me with a price quote within 2-3 days. A week went by and I never received the price quote. I texted him and he mentioned that he will have it emailed to me within a couple of days. Another week went by and I never received an email.

I called and text him again. He called me back and stated that he has been busy but he will have someone call me to finalize the quote. Two days later, one of his associates called me and asked me what I needed done and if I can bring my Jeep to Next Level to get an estimate. I told him that I had already visited, the estimate was completed by “JC” and all I needed was a price quote.

I took it as JC didn’t follow-up with him, so I asked the gentleman if he could follow-up with JC and follow-up with me. The gentleman shared that he thought that would be a good idea as he didn’t have any knowledge of me getting an estimate/assessment of the vehicle. I asked if he could follow-up asap because it has been a couple of weeks now and I would really like a quote to compare with other companies.

The gentleman mentioned that he would be back in contact with me within 24 hours and never heard back from him or JC. To-date, it’s been over a month.

I lost time, money and felt this encounter was very unprofessional, inconsiderate, poorly communicated and business ethics. I can just imagine that type of work they produce as an outcome and follow-through.
