Very professional! Was satisfied with my hairstyle and will definitely be coming back for future appointments.

I have been going to the salon for about 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience. My first beautician was great but I called one day to schedule an appointment only to find she was no longer there. I was very disappointed, but have found that most of the beauticians I've used since have been good as well. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that it sometimes takes a long time, otherwise, I have been pleased.

I went to get a full sewn in and I requested that some of my hair be left out. I wanted 1 inch of hair around the perimeter of my head to be out so it would cover the weave. The manager, Tanisha Holland, did my hair and she did a horrible job.



I wanted a part in the middle and some of my hair out. I showed her how far I wanted the part. After she was finished, she asked if I wanted flexi rods on my real hair and I thought that was a great idea. Once my hair was out of the rods, I realized how tight the curls were compared to the looser curly weave I had. So she picked my hair out to make it looser and she turned me around to the mirror to see the finished product.



My hair ended up looking like a poof ball mullet over loose curly weave. I told her I did not like it and she asked what I said and I repeated it and then I asked for her comb to fix it. She handed the comb to me with an attitude and told me to go to another chair to fix it and walked off. So I fixed my hair as best I could and went to pay then left. I called a few hours later after still being discontented with my hair and asked to speak to the manager.



Tanisha answered the phone and said this is Tanisha. I asked her "Are you the manager?" and she said yes. So I told her I was dissatisfied with my service and she asked why and I told her that my tracks were showing at the top of my head and I needed to have more tracks in other areas so she asked if I could come in the next morning to get it fixed. I came in the next day and she was the only one there. I had my mother come in as well to ensure that the lady was fixing it correctly since she had me turned away from the mirror.



When I got there and sat down I showed her that too much of my real hair was left out in the back and 1 more track was needed back there. I also showed her that on each side of my middle part there was too much hair left out so it was hard for me to blend my hair with weave because my weave was sewn so far back.



I also showed her the track at the end of my part that was showing and that I did not have enough hair to cover it. She proceeded to say that she did what I asked her to do then she combed back a large amount of my real hair back to show that it did cover that track. I explained that by putting so much of my hair back to cover that track it made my part be 1 inch and that looked unnatural.



She had an attitude the entire time and each problem I was pointing out, she was saying that I asked her to do all of it. I told her that she did only some of what I asked. She left more than an inch of my real hair out in the back and she did not do my part back far enough. She left too much of my hair out in the wrong places especially around my crown and neck area. So she took 2 tracks out of the hair net at the top.



The end result was her saying she did not understand what I was asking even though I was crystal clear and her telling me I didn't know what I wanted. We went back and forth until she said that she would refund half my money back so I could leave. I left there with my hair net showing and no corrections or any sort made. She was extremely unprofessional and took no ownership of her lack of comprehension of my needs as a client. I will never return.

I have been to this salon several times. The first two times was okay since I only got a trim. I made an appointment for a trim and sat there for 30 minutes before being told that who I had requested was not there and someone else would be doing my hair. I should have left then. I was given a trim and color and my hair has not been the same. I only wanted color around the edges and she did the whole head. The cut was not great either. My hair is now very dry and dull and I am trying to put the moisture back in. I will not be going back and will not refer this salon to anyone. I don't think the stylist knew a lot about hair and she could not style. I was very disappointed with the last visit and not impressed with my tresses at all. Thumbs down for me about this place.

This review is for the Fayetteville location 7/14/2011. I wasn’t IMPRESSED! First, the shop opened at 10am. There was only one person in the shop with 5 clients waiting. Other workers were to be in shortly “driving from Raleigh to Fayetteville”. So the worker there washed everyone’s hair; that way you were kind of stuck with a wet head. Finally someone showed up at 1145 yakking on her cell phone after 10min she stated she needs to go back to Raleigh!!!! After a second thought she changed her mind saying she would help with getting two of the clients hair fixed and then be on her way back to Raleigh. Basically the shop is way overpriced, dysfunctional, ghetto and out of touch. The last thing Fayetteville needs is another spotty hair salon. Businesses need to wake up customer service is key!

I had a really great experience at this salon. It is beautiful inside and they use top of the line products. I felt so pampered and not like I was in an assembly line like other salons in the area . Women you have to see it to believe it.
