About Change for Living Counseling PLLC Helping people Change for Living their best lives! Coming to see a therapist can be uncomfortable and scary. It is important to us that in calling and seeing us, that you feel comfortable and safe. We are a group of experienced, caring and accepting counselors committed to helping adults, kids, families, and couples. Some of the things we can help you with and specialize in are: * concerns about anxiety, stress, panic & phobias * trauma & PTSD in adults * LGBTQQI community and sexual orientation/identity * family, parent and sibling concerns & problems * therapy with yoga, mindfulness, meditation & other holistic approaches * OCD & compulsions * teen & young adult concerns * gender specialist & transgender counseling * addictions/substance abuse * parenting and kid concerns * couples' problems, including LGBT couples * alternative sexual lifestyles & those who are outside the box

We offer psychotherapy counseling services to adults, kids, teens, families and couples. We specialize in counseling for kids & families, including parenting concerns; LGBTQQ! community needs, such as coming out, couples, & gender & transgender counseling; anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias & hoarding; PTSD & trauma, childhood & adult; and couples, especially LGBT couples.
