Reviews
I selected 1 star rating because I would never recommend the Copper Beech Radford apartments to any college student. As a parent we have had our car towed. There are only 11 visitor parking spots with 500 residents. When asked to designate more visitor parking spots for weekend only, the manager said that would be "too confusing" to residents. So be prepared to pay $135.00 in towing fees. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned upon arrival - it definitely was not. Carpet was filthy. Management argued with us that it was "professionally" cleaned. It was not. Finally they came to the apartment and there was no denying it was not cleaned. So my son had to wait over a week to put his room together because they had to get the carpet cleaned. Deck is unstable. It shakes. Still no reinforcement and classes started at the end of August 2015. If I had a way to blacklist this apartment through Radford University I would. Bottom line. Start looking early for your apartment
