Established in 1953, Belview Elementary School offers education to more than 240 students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and physical education. The school also offers Title I and special education programs. It provides various extracurricular activities, such as music, art, book fairs and field trips. Located in Radford, Va., the school is a part of Montgomery County Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools and provides academic education to students in kindergarten through grade 12. Belview Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that provides additional funds for the educational and extracurricular operations of the school.
