LITIGATION & APPEALS-Our Firm represents & advises clients who are or might become involved in an appeal while the case is pending, as a result of a criminal conviction, or revocation of probation/parole/extended supervision. Our firm has filed for appeals for interlocutory relief while a case is pending, sought Writs of Habeas Corpus in both state & federal courts post-conviction, filed appeals from Wisconsin Circuit Court rulings & taken them through the state appellate process all the way to the 7th Circuit for relief. Moreover our firm is not only capable of filing for such relief, but has had the opportunity to argue cases before the Wis Supreme Court, & 7th Circuit, Federal Court. Atty. Richards successfully argued a search warrant case in State of Wisconsin v.Tye, 248Wis.2d530, 636N.W.2d473,2001WI124 (2001), before the Wis Supreme Court.
