We utilize the latest in CFC-free polyurethane foaming insulation technology. All of our piping systems are manufactured to ensure optimal thermal barrier protection and ease of installation in the field. Our standard PVC jacket is "UV Resistant" and our standard foam is "Flame Retardant". UL94-HF-1 Our Pre-Insulated Piping Systems are fabricated with various outer jackets such as PVC, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and a wide arrangement of inner carrier pipes and configurations such as single, double, and triple Type K, L, or M copper configurations to stainless steel, PVC, fiberglass, and black iron. Our product is used above and below ground to transport cryogenics, heated water, chilled water, fuel, oil, and gas. The combination of a durable PVC jacket and polyurethane foam insures that Thermal 490 provides a moisture resistant vapor barrier that guards against corrosion above or below the ground.
