      Sage is the only bistro in the area that offers bagel sandwiches. We get our bagels and cream cheeses from Blazing Bagels in Redmond, WA. We are also the only establishment to offer a Gluten-free bagel. Sage has become very well known for our Ice Tea, the locals love it. No one can come close to our loaded biscuits and gravy, you have to come in and try them to understand. The goes for our smoothies, people get excited when April comes and we start making them for the season.
