I reccommend the Professional staff, and all the other persons I have dealt with in the past. I continue with treatment there in spite of their telephone mess. Call the number listed for Quincy and Weymouth answers. I have found my telephone dealing totally unsatisfactory and understand staff are just as unhappy. I have brought my displeasure to the attention of administration. If you have problems please contact administration. The system needs to be revamped to meet the needs of this oversized operation.

Make sure you allow at LEAST 1 hour of wait time. They are ALWAYS running behind waited 90 minutes for 30 seconds with the doctor.

If you are considering botox Dr. John Mandeville is the doctor to see. He does an amazing job! EHS is a little on the pricey side but I tried two other doctors and didn't get the same great result as i did with Dr. Mandeville. You won't be disappointed.
