A friend set up a delivery as he was out of oil. The driver left without delivering the oil. He didn't knock on the door or attempt to contact my friend. My friend is a veteran and works full time while going to school full time. He has a wife and 3 young children at home with no heat on the coldest weekend of the year never mind that there is a blizzard. He called and spoke to the owner and was disrespected with the f bomb dropped more than once. The owner then hung up on him. The oil company has $300 of my friends and did not offer to return it right away so he is not able to purchase oil elsewhere. I know this is true as I heard the conversation. When my friend called back a 2nd time to request his money back, He was insulted by the owner who laughed and asked "what are you poor".BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE WAY THEY TREAT HARD WORKING VETERANS.

THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. I CALLED THEM AFTER MY OWN OIL COMPANY LET MY TANK RUN EMPTY. AT NIGHT DURING A SNOW STORM AND FOR 30 CENTS LESS THAN MY OWN OIL COMAPANY, HAD A TRUCK AT MY HOUSE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR, STARTED MY BOILER AND I GAVE THE DRIVER A 5 DOLLAR TIP. I THINK IT'S BECAUSE THERE A QUINCY COMPANY AND I'M IN QUINCY THAT THE RESPONSE WAS SO FAST.

Do not use Burke Oil - ever! Service is awful, servicemen smell like alcohol and they do not fix the problem and seem to have no idea what they are doing. Man who identified himself as the owner was surly and swore at me (a woman) when I asked why an oil delivery had not been made as promised. Stay away from Burke OIL!!

I Find them very Nice. Better prices too.

If possible find someone else to get your oil from. Burke Oil can never seem to be professional whenever they are talking to you on the phone. The men at this location is RUDE and VERY unpleasant to deal with and their mouth is just like the oil they deliver. Try being a lot more professional it will help your business to grow!!
