Angie and Jacob were phenomenal, personable, willing and ready to help. We had a unique problem, I had mowed over my phone, and locked us out of my new phone. The other corporate US Cellular store, we waited 30 mins, got to the tech and his exact words were, “It’s not like I have a magic wand to fix this, you’ve got an expensive paperweight. I can’t help you.”
We thought we were just screwed. Drove home, passed CellTech and thought, let’s try a locally owned business. Walked in and Angie gave us hope and kindness! She thought for only a millisecond and said let’s try a few things! We left to find some other devices that may have helped, when we came back Angie was busy but filled Jacob in and he took over. They were our hero’s that day. Thank you both and we highly recommend this location for your cellular needs. They aren’t all focus only on the sales but genuinely want to help the customers or at least try!
