Transitions of Western Illinois provides a wide range of mental health and developmental disability services to the Quincy, IL, community. We serve people of all ages who have a developmental disability and/or a mental illness, as well as people who are having emotional adjustment problems. We offer: ? Counseling services ? Vocational training services Transitions was founded in 1955 as the Adams County Mental Health Center. For over 50 years, the agency has served the Adams County area, providing high-quality, affordable mental health and rehabilitation services. Transitions is a United Way agency and is CARF (Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited.
