I'm 15 and I have a small budget for a car and my birthday is coming up. We found their add and went to check out the car on a Thursday. We drove 45 min to the dealership and test drove the car. It was really nice with low mileage but had minor damage to the front and they said they'd fix it, "any thing to sell it". I needed to get approval from my mom but she was out of town and we'd have an answer within 3 days. That Friday we wanted a quote. We called in on that Saturday when we had time and Michelle the sales person said she'd send it later when she wasn't busy. We called again later that day because she never called or emailed anything. We felt bad for calling but called again 30 minutes before closing. She then told us they'd sold it. She had all day to tell us. She even ended up insisting that she tried calling us multiple times to get us to put a down payment on it but we checked and she never in any way tried to contact us. She started to say that the guy who showed us the car was sick and the other sales guy sold it. She even started to lie and down play the car I wanted and say it didn't have Bluetooth but I know for a fact it did and she said that the sales guy lied to us. I know it did because it had the buttons on the steering wheel. I was very upset because I had gotten my hopes up and thought I was going to get this car. She proceeded to try to push this other car on us to buy which was another 2000 out of my budget. She did she would call us back in 20 minutes but it was 10 from closing so she lied and never called back. We ended up calling back that Monday and talked to her manager who seemed slightly upset and he could do much but offer us other deals that I can't afford. All in all she screwed us over and tried to lie to us. They even lied to my neighbors who actually bought a car from them and they promised to send her another key fab since they okay gave her one. They never sent it. I do not suggest buying from them in the end.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by not satisfied 10/05/2011 Discovered the vehicle was not as described after driving eighty miles. Waking up this morning their was a promblem alternator was not charging the battery. I have to pay 220.00 to get this fixed a day after I purchased the car. They apparently had the battery charged before I got there. Car was ten thousand miles over the described mileage on the internet. Thermometer gauge didn't work and the radiator light was on after they said they changed the oil and filled the fluids. I filled the radiator tank up and the light went off. I don't beleive they serviced as said. Lisa Marie also said she put 15.00 gas which is 4.55 gallons after leaving the dealer ship I put in 10,27 gallons and the car only holds 12.1 gallons. We also determined a price and after driving that far they raised the price 51.00! I made clear the price I was willing to pay and Lisa Marie basically told me to take it or leave it.After I have drove all this way.

Ladies BEWARE!!!

Had to force dealership to honor advertised price. Steve in service is short, rude, indignant and says all customers are ignorant. New car has stayed in the shop more than I've used it. Steve said nothing wa wrong with the vehicle drove 100 miles after his inspection dealer in another city had to replace the transmission. They are gangsters with a car dealership.

Buyers beware --

Buyers beware they do not honor the prices they place on the internet for vehicles. We found a vehicle online for my daughter at Quincy Chevrolet which was advertised for $4800 - she spoke with a rep who got her "qualified" for the buy, knowing she was putting $2000 down and would finance the difference for her first car. We drove to quincy to what we thought would be to finish the sale. Test drove the vehicle and was told by the rep that it was $6900. Told them that was not the price advertised online for that vehicle and even showed them the advertisement on my Iphone only to have the GM tell me that "he put prices on there that they could not honor to get customers in." I told them that was false advertisement and I would let everyone know... buyer beware. Quincy Chevrolet wastes your time and insults your intelligence!

My Experience... =(

My car buying experience started out wonderfully. Everything went very smooth the day of the sale. From then on out, it was all downhill. I was supposed to have a fix done on my truck, which I had to go back for, and the people who ran the computers decided not to show up, so I had a wasted trip and I had to go back twice to get the repair done. I purchased the warranty, which no one could give me information on once I started having issues, so I cancelled it. Well, because someone didn't do their job correctly, I was charged for it anyway, which bounced all kinds of checks in my account. They told me for months that I would receive a refund, which apparently now I'm not. DON'T BUY HERE! I DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID!!!
