As founder I have made it my duty to screen each and every employee by the Golden Shine standard, a complex regimen that includes background checks, certifications and a 3 week training course. Currency should not predetermine the kind of care you receive. Golden Shine believes that each case is specific and should not be placed in a predetermine mold.
