I own a 2011 CTS coupe i scratched my rim on a curb. I looked up a few places when i called cross island tire they were so professional over the phone and told me it would take one day and they would give me a loner rim so i can still use my car(a dealer does not even do that)the rim was done less than 24 hrs later it came out better than new can't even tell the difference, and there workers were very careful when working on my car that is very important to me, some places don't care how they treat your car. Warren and Steve were great and kept there promise i would recommend there place to everybody i no who needs tires,rims fixed etc. Thanks again guys Anthony

Went here and got some affordable tires, they informed me I had a bent wheel and fixed it while I was waiting. Saved me from spending a few hundred dollars at the dealer. Thanks guys! As for the guy who left negative feedback, maybe your just one of those guys who can't be pleased or you went to the wrong place.

horrible customer services...workers always being nosey and hanging around ..the atmosphere is great for children maybe they should turn it into a daycare center

I hit a Pothole and bent my rim. Took it to Cross Island. It only cost $60 to fix it. The service was great. I really recommend these guys!! :-)
