Questionable and terrible customer service. Seems that it is all about money here. They recommended a procedure that two other dentists called unnecessary. We cancelled three business days plus the weekend before the appointment and they want $100 cancellation fee. We are over a barrel because they will destroy our credit over a $100 and from previous experience there is not much you can do. I tried to appeal to the office manager, Alex, but she will not credit the charges. So I will write the $100 check and never go back. They are willing to lose customers over a few bucks. Go somewhere else!!!!

Dr. Richtsteig at Queen Creek Smiles is the the BEST Dentist I have ever been to. I will never go anywhere else.

I am very disgusted and furious with this dental group!!! I went in because my mouth was aching I wanted to get a routine cleaning. They checked my insurance, which would pay them in full for the x-rays and a routine cleaning. The staff member took my x-rays, not just once but twice, because she did not save them the first time. The dentist came in checked all my teeth and said my mouth was not bad, no cavities. I asked him is somebody going to do a routine cleaning of my teeth today, he said yes. Then a staff member came in and said I will have to find out how much your insurance will cover. I said my insurance covers cleanings free. She then said you will have to have deep cleaning full mouth debridement. She said my cost after insurance was $211.60, additional cost for follow-up visits. I told her I only want a routine cleaning. She said they will only do a deep cleaning full mouth debridement treatment. If I want a routine cleaning then I should go somewhere else.
