Horrible customer service.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Their no return policy is a joke, and the owner started yelling at us, then kicked us out. Him and his "girlfriend" who i assume is the manager, are jokes as well. They are the worst people we have ever dealt with...For you own good, save yourself and never shop there.

I only go to them when I can't find what I need anywhere else. The plants have poor root structure and often don't survive. There no refund policy protects them not the customer. They stuck to their no refund policy. The manager got angry with me when I stood waiting to pick some plants. She was smoking & I am allergic to smoke. She yelled at me. When I reported her I was told to find somewhere else to shop. On the side, smoke damages plant life.

I, as well as my family have been going to Brick's for more than ten years. You can't beat there prices and quality for plants and flowers! I have never had a problem. They do have a no refund policy- but whenever I had a problem with something (once in 10 years) they did an exchange. Highly recommend this place to family and friends!!

I've gone to Bricks for about 4 or 5 yrs for xmas decorations. I've never had a problem. I've always had good customer service,The people were friendly and helpful. I have recommended this place to my friends and family and they have gone here and they also liked it.

Brick's Garden Center 1200 S West End Blvd, Quakertown, PA 18951 Do not go here! I had to return a Christmas lawn decoration last week as there was a defect with it. The owners told me that I broke it and was lying about it. I should have known that the "no refund" policy was not a good sign. After telling a few of my neighbors, they told me of a few similar stories. Save yourself and go somewhere else!!!

do not go here! i was treated so terribly and rudely by the woman who was working there. horrible customer service, in fact you could not even call it service! never again!

I would recomend Brick's to all my friends! They have the most variety and the best prices around! I have been going there since last summer. So far this spring, I have been there every weekend buying plants and shrubs... just returned again today and will be going back again tomorrow ( not enough room in my truck!)
