Was at Malms today and asked owner to donate a couple empty medium sized bags for my kids' hot air balloon science project at his school. Owner said she'd charge my kid even though we have been loyal customers since 2004. Spent thousands in their store and never took advantage of their frequent client discount cards at the front counter. Owner insisted that they "needed to make ends meet". This stance just cost them a loyal customer and I have no intention to use them again. We walked out without the bags and are taking our business elsewhere. Good luck with your business but you just lost a loyal client all for the cost of $1.40

They do a great job and even did a small repair I did not know about without charge.

This cleaners has friendy service and does a good job getting out spots and stains. They are always up front with you if they think that there could be a problem getting the spots out and they have good prices. The bedding prices are the lowest in the area. Over all i would highly recommend them.
