Screws you over on car sales,parts,labor and rather than backing his work he makes excuses to do more work and charge you for it. I wouldn't bring my bicycle there for air in tires Nevermind take my car there again

Was pretty unhappy with this place. Had a fine experience with the towing, but when it came time for the repair bill, there was a $75 diagnostics fee that no one had mentioned up front. The only thing that was wrong with the car was a loose connection to the battery. The owner tried to tell me I was angry because he was honest and told me it was a battery connection issue and that he could've charged me for a new alternator and I'd have walked away happy because I wouldn't have known. Apparently it took them an hour and a half of labor to figure out the battery was loose when you could turn the key and no lights would come on. I have very little experience with car repair and that was the first thing I thought of. I told the guy as much, and he straight up told me I didn't think of it and "everybody thought it was an alternator problem." To add insult to injury, he offered me a free oil change "at a $34.99 value" and I saw a sign "Oil change: $24.99" in the front of the building.

Just had transmission repaired and this was the best experience I've had with any mechanic across the county. Helpful, knowledgeable staff that got me back on the road.

From my experience, I found the mechanics to be very talented and their work is trustworthy. This is interesting as I was just was visiting the area and while waiting for a repair, saw that the guys in the back giggling at a woman who had brought her car in for some work on her tire. I found it peculiar due to the fact that the employee waiting on her was very generous with her...all this I overheard concerning her not being able to purchase a new tire. He worked things out to help her out and I just want to say that while it is commendable to be helpful with customers like that, thegood will is diminished by the poor manners the others in the mechanic's bay displayed
