Very welcoming apartments. Friendly office staff. Answered all my questions as a first time renter. While touring the apartment they gently took charge of the tour showing me the features that I was interested in the most. My kids and I will be moving in soon since after only having to wait a few days to be approved! 1. Why is a favorite? Because it's going to be my first home! 2. What is unique? After touring 4 apartment complexes these were the best and the staff were nice 3. Did I get great service? I certainly did!

I have lived in this complex for over a year and a half and can see all of the changes that this complex has gone through. Management and maintenance are both top notch and keep on top of maintenance and know everyone by name. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live!

My wife and I cannot wait to move out of this place, we have lived here for two years and it has certainly gone downhill from when we moved in. Nothing gets fixed, the manager is a power tripper-she will put up signs but not do any actual work to call a repair man. We pay rent, so they need to get things fixed, fridge, dryer, lights...every one I have spoke to who lives here has had the same problems or worse. They hire the bottom of the barrel for management here. We are getting out in a month, my suggestion is find somewhere else to go. Northwood and Outlook even Bellvue duplexes. But God help you if you have to move in here. Good luck.

This place is horrible do not rent here if you want to stay sane! There is dog poop all over the place, the management is terrible, there are numerous men, boyfriends living here not on the leases, police are called here all the time for noise and domestic violence issues, there has not been a maintanence man here for a year and the management does nothing about complaints unless it suits them personally, I am glad I moved out. This is the worst apartment I have lived in ever! Tenants have been left to do thier own repairs the list goes on and on, that is why half of these apartments have not been rented out.
