This place charged me 112 bucks as examine fee, just to figure out my car battery died. Even after I told them i just need to replace a battery!! The estimate cost was around 200 bucks to replace the battery, and ended up to be 297 bucks.



You can certainly choose this place, long as u feel free to get cheated and robbed. :)

My daugters car broke down in Pullman and I live 150 miles away. I called this place and told then the noise in the right front wheel was probably a CV joint or bearing going out. I had the car towed there and he took the front wheel off and checked everything out and nothing was wrong. He suspected a rock stuck in between the brake caliper and rotor. Being it was long distance he could have told me anything and charged me whatever he wanted, what was I going to do about it from 150 miles away. He charged me for about a half hour of labor which I thought was more than fair. They are honest and I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Carl and his team put their blood, sweat and tears into my car after a series of unfortunate events beyond their control. They took a great loss to make sure everything was working for me. Highly recommend this repair shop!!!!

Allways has room in the schedule for routine maintenance on my cars.

Would not recommend at all. I towed my car over to their shop exactly three weeks ago because my heater core broke. They were quick to find the problem but, that was it. It's been three weeks and all I have heard from the guy 'Carl' (always answers the phone) is, 'oh don't have time today gonna get started on the it tomorrow', 'well by the end of this week it will definitely get done', and finally today 'oh didn't have time had some established costumers come in and didn't want to make them to wait too long so couldn't get it done but I talked to the other shop in town and I will take it over today'. This after I talked to him two days ago and was told it would be definitely done by the end of the week after three f*ing weeks. THIS guy is trying to tell me he doesn't want any new business or something? I have been stuck in Pullman for three weeks, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, he probably doesn't want your business cause he has established customers!
