I rather drive up all the way to springs rather than this store messing up my food 3x straight. I think 1 star is too much for them. And I asked the manager for refund and she said only a "credit" last time i ever buy anything from this wingstop

Classic Wingstop. Sometimes quality in Pueblo Co does not follow chain restaurants in freshness or customer service. I found the food to be quality Wingstop taste; it was just as good as if not better than I remember eating in Denver. Service was a little lacking I ordered BBQ over the phone and when I got there was told they had run out. A friendly call would have been appreciated but employees did apologize without any incentive for the mix up, not to mention mixing up the other parts of the order on the phone. Over all great place, I am willing to give leeway due to just opening however look forward to better service in the future. You can bet I will be back again. Amazing food, great quality and over all friendly employees.
