Unlike the other poster, I had no problem getting a full refund. We rented/purchased a trumpet from Marktime and a day later my sun was given another trumpet by our music teacher. Marktime gave a full refund without any hassle. I had expected to be charged at least one months worth, but everything was refunded.I am very happy with their customer service and believe that this company exemplifies high ethical standards. I dealt with the owner.

I had rented a flute for my child to start band. Went and purchased one instead as it would be cheeper in long run. Marck time had my card info for the rental agreement and terms were met. I have problems with Marck time continually charging my card. They have not reimbursed me after one week and have continually put me off. This happened on a holiday and did not get any compensation for thier mistakes. Poor customer service and no business ethics. I would not ever use thier service agian.

I am really impressed with this music store. The policies of instrument rental are win-win and I couldn't be happier.
