Always very friendly and helpful been doing business with them for 5 years

My husband called E Z Pawn on Elizabeth about a razor and was told he could receive 10 to 40 dollars for it. When he gets there and the nice associate was ringing up his sale, another worker came up and said they were not taking razors and to void the sale. When my husband explained that he was offered 10 dollars over the phone for the razor and asked why he was told that if he wasn't going to be able to sell the razor. The employee who told the other employee to void the sale told him to get out or he's going to call the cops. So overall, our time was wasted, the promise that was promised was broken, and we had the cops threatened on us asking him what changed in the 30 minutes from the time we called that made the razor unsalable. I am very disappointed in the way they handled the situation and once I get my bike out of pawn from them, they will be losing my business as well as other family and friends I was going to refer. Now I guess I'll advise them to go to Mister Money....
