My husband and I moved to the area about a year ago. In the past year, we've been very impressed with Dr. Parks and Dr. Verant. They are compassionate and seem to accurately diagnose our health issues. The wait time is typically only 5-10 minutes before you're called back to the waiting room.

At first I thought it was going to be really nice to have everything at Parkview since I had a much better care at the ER from Parkview than St. Marry Code in but boy I was wrong! I went through an initial with primary Alexandria Nowaczyk doctor and felt good at that point. About a few days latter I was called and advised I had a surgery date and asked about my FMLA paperwork said it usually takes 7-10 days. They would put a note in for my doctor to call back. 3 days later I went in to get an update about my FMLA paperwork. I was advised it's now 10-14 days after waiting already 25 minutes just to hear that and then come to find out it wasn't a surgery date It was a consult. I told them I needed pain meds because I only had one left and they acted like they didn't care. Don't come here they don't treat you right!
