I'm just not sure why anyone would say anything bad about Hotsite Networks! I am personally a Hipster, I love the whole dial-up internet that is provided by this company! I think high speed internet and bigger bandwidth is to mainstream for me. I love signing into my account every hour of everyday and having my internet drop at any moment, it lets me appreciate how life can end at any moment. 4 stars only because my favorite local coffee shop doesn't use Hotsite Networks.

My HOA selected this Internet service & it's just plain horrible. Impossible to connect at any given moment, you need to pay to be able to connect more than one device, and troubleshooting is nonexistent. If you are a student or working professional who depends on the Internet to get thing done, stay far away from anywhere offering this "service."

My apartments make me use this internet service, I hate it enough to want to get the person fired who chose this service. We use our cell phone hot spots for internet.... enough said.

Terrible service. My roommates and I have tried multiple times to contact someone about how slow/non-responsive the internet is, and our attempts to resolve the issue have never been addressed.

This is the worst internet service that I have ever had. I have conducted speed tests, and have screenshots of 7:00pm of 1.23 Mbps down and 0.07 Mbps up. 0.07! It is absolutely awful. We are paying $60/month for the service (we have to because of the homeowners association), and honestly we have just resorted to tethering our personal computers and devices to our cell phones because it is so much faster than Hotsite. DON'T use this service! When you call in with complaints, you ALWAYS leave a message, there is no way to get through to a real person, and if they ever DO come out to "work on it" all they ever do is reset it so you have to sign in all over again (which doesn't fix the problem). Awful.

One of the WORST internet providers I have ever had. If you even hear a rumor that hotsite is going to be running the internet where you live. Then move. There are always issues, it disconnects all the time, and the only time you get even remotely fast internet is at 3 AM which coincidentally is also when it resets. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
