In our new downtown Providence location, we offer flexible space for small companies, independent contractors, remote employees, or anyone who wants to get out of the coffee shop or home office, but without a long term commitment. From private offices and dedicated desks to a spot at the workbar by the big picture window, we have something for everyone. All memberships include 24/7/365 access to our newly renovated building, high speed wireless, coffee, printers, conference room, mail service, courtyard, shower, and some of the nicest peeps you’ll ever meet.

All memberships include 24/7/365 access to our newly renovated building, high speed wireless, coffee, printers, conference room, mail service, courtyard, shower, and some of the nicest peeps you’ll ever meet. Basic Membership – $150/month Includes access to the space, non-dedicated seating, and access to shared amenities. Good for people who come by a few times a week. Designated Desk – $275/month Set up shop on your own desk — it belongs to you and is there when you need it. Good for people who work from the space frequently. Private Office - starting @ $500/month Includes all shared amenities plus a dedicated office. Good for small teams or people who are on the phone often. Clemence St. is an alley between Westminster & Weybosset St. We're the grey building around the corner from Saki's Pizza. Richmond St is usually the best place to park (it's 1 block away from us and has 4-hour meters).
