I have had such good experiences at this dealership over the years .I am not the type of person to write a review either way good or bad.After shopping for my last car I shopped around as usual and then bought my car at Arrow again as I have in the past.After shopping at some of the other dealerships I remembered just why I always end up back at Arrow.They great people to deal with in business and I would recommend them to all. I am back in the market for a used car and stared my search one week ago.I finally know what kind of vehicle that I want to purchase.Now I must research from whom I wish to purchase from.I started researching used car dealership reviews of the places that I am considering.Today I can across this Arrowautosales and read a review about a customer that has been purchasing cars over fifteen years from this dealer.I read the rest of the reviews as well and decided to research this dealer closer to get info on the owner.When I went back to Autotrader I pulled up the full name of the owner and remembered I had bought by first vehicle from Dennis about sixteen years ago. I will tell you one thing I do remember is the car I bought from him ran for ever and he was a compassionate human being in that I had no real family to relay on for help,but he walk me through the process without being pushy an made sure I understood everything.I will definitely buy my next car from him.
