He took forever to do my nails! Talked me into doing this nail dip instead of gel assuring me they would last for 3 weeks. When he was done he told me they were dry so I went to get my money out to pay & 3 of them messed up so he told me to go wash my hands & the pink polish turned white. He sanded them down & dipped them one more time, then told me not to touch anything for an hour. My nails started cracking & breaking off in a week! I went back 12 days later to get them to fix them & he wanted to charge me $25 more! Then pulled up some policy on his phone & told me to read it. So I asked if it was posted anywhere in the nail salon for people to read. It isn't! Never again will I go back!

I asked for acrylic and I ended up getting SLS nails that they charged me $45 instead of $15. I can't afford SNS nails. I waited about 25 minutes to get in a charge and it took him over an hour to do my nails. I'm not saying I don't like them because it took his time and made sure they were done great. I just hope they will last me a month. I had acrylics that lasted me 26 days. He said they last longer than acrylics. We'll see. They guy Peter was the nicest person I've ever went to. I'm gonna make an appt when it's time for my nails to be filled and ask for him so I don't have to wait all day for a fill in.

Wanted to get my nails done so I signed in then went to the waiting area and waited. Ended up waiting for over an hour and no one even acknowledged that I was there. They only had 2 customers the entire time. So after over an hour of waiting I got up and left without getting any service or acknowledgement that I was even in there whatsoever!!! Never again will I go there again!!
