They seemed nice, but I was overcharged for a product I didn't receive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. When asked if I wanted the washer fluid filled, I agreed and specified that cold weather fluid be used. I was charged $3.99 for the gallon, even though I've never paid more than $1.97 for the same thing at a gas station. They didn't give me the rest of the bottle I was charged for, even though the reservoir for my vehicle doesn't hold a full gallon. Several days later, I got into my car and found that, even though the temperature hadn't dropped below ten degrees, my washer fluid had frozen! So it seems I wasn't even overcharged for the product I requested. Admittedly these are small details. To my knowledge, the oil change itself was done correctly. But if a business can't be trusted to be honest in the little things, why trust it at all?
