General Info

Dr. Chapman was raised in Toronto, Canada. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont. He continued his education at Howard University, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. For his academic accomplishments Dr. Chapman was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. Membership into this prestigious society is limited to individuals who have “distinguished themselves by excellence in scholarship, while demonstrating exemplary traits of character and potential qualities for future professional growth and attainments.” Dr. Chapman continued his training with a general practice residency at Faxton St. Lukes Hospital in upstate New York where he provided comprehensive dental care. He regularly attends continuing education courses to increase the services offered to his patients. Dr. Chapman is an Invisalign certified provider and active member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), allowing him to provide treatment in a safe and comfortable manner for all patients. In his spare time Dr. Chapman enjoys spending time with his wife and dog.
