I highly recommend Rusty and his staff based on the interest and treatment they provided for my Lassa Apso. The dog was a little over 7 years old when I first brought him to the SRVC. At the time the dog had a terrible skin condition which is common to the breed. After having taken the dog to a veterinary skin specialist in SLC with no remarkable improvement in his condition, I made an appointment with the SRVC. Due to Dr. Truman's interest and persistence, the dogs skin condition is much improved. Also, the dog had an unusually high liver enzyme count. Dr. Truman successfully treated this condition with an herbal supplement rather than prescription drugs and the dogs liver enzyme count is now normal. The dog had pretty much lost the use of his left hind leg due to a "trick knee" condition. Dr. Truman operated on the dog on the 8th of Dec. 2016 and I am pleased to say that, in less than a month, the dog has regained over 90% use of the leg and he continues to improve daily. I will say, without reservation, that in the over 50 years that I have sought the services of various veterinarians for my dogs, I have never been as pleased as I am with Dr. Truman and his staff.Frank Sacco

Very unprofessional. Went for a pre-purchase exam and instead of just doing his job he felt the need to degrade the breed of the horse stating he didn't feel that breed made a good beginners mount. The animal was very quiet and responsive despite his attempts to make him mad.
