We provide treatment of conditions before and after surgery, and work closely with local medical providers to help patients' experience total healing and improved quality of life. Our therapists have advanced training and clinical expertise, which provides quick identification of complex problems and the best mode(s) of intervention. The results are thorough and accurate assessment and treatment with a shorter recovery time. You can benefit from Hand Therapy if you are experiencing a problem with your upper extremity which includes the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You may have been involved in an accident leaving you with wounds, scars, burns, injured tendons and/or nerves, fractures, or even amputations of the fingers, hands or arms. Individuals who suffer from the effects of repetitive disorders such as tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, or a rotator cuff tear, also benefit from specialized treatment by a hand therapist. We also treat patients affected by arthritic conditions and neurological disorders, involving the arms and hands. Our ability to offer both Physical and Occupational therapy services on one site is unique to Arizona Hand Center and Physical Rehab. A combination of Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services allows for a multi-disciplinary rehab team approach proven most effective in regaining a productive lifestyle.
