General Info

In 1985 Robert Kozak moved to Prescott to begin raising a family. He has served as the Yavapai County Bar Association President, and served on the Yavapai County Judicial Administration Committee. He has lectured at the Yavapai County Contractors Association, Prescott Area Association of Realtors, Yavapai County Bar Association and Yavapai College, among other professional and educational groups. He now practices law primarily in northern Arizona. For the past 20 years, he has also acted as a mediator and arbitrator. He sharpened these skills with specialized mediation training from Pepperdine Universitys Law School Straus Institute. As a skilled litigator he knows the financial cost and emotional toll which litigation can have upon clients. Therefore, rather than blindly pursue litigation he helps the client manage expectations to achieve a resolution by balancing legal costs, realistically assessing the probable outcome and exploring alternatives to litigation.
